Charals  has been authorized directly by each manufacturer to sell their fine products. All Charals products are guaranteed to be authentic from the manufacturer with guaranteed official parts, and are warranted only by the manufacturer.

Only fine pens and gifts that are sold by authorized retailers are guaranteed to be warranted  by the manufacturer. Products that are not sold by authorized retailers may have experienced previous wear or unauthorized repair, which voids the manufacturer's warranty. Any repairs done by the customer may also void the manufacturer's warranty.
