Our Story

Welcome to Charals  in British Columbia. We are a family operated business for over 30 years with a brick and mortar store, but are now operating on-line only.  Through the years, we have become experts in the fine writing instruments, luggage, leather products, and quality goods and accessories we carry. We are passionate and believe in providing our customers with quality products that can be loved and used for years to come.  You will be pleasantly surprised and inspired with our unique brands and collections, that we have searched far and wide for.

We cater to both personal orders and to Corporate orders.

Authorized Dealer

Charals has been authorized directly by each manufacturer to sell their fine products.

We are no longer an official Montblanc retailer, however, all our Montblanc products are authentic and supplied directly by Montblanc itself, as we were official Montblanc authorize dealers for over 25 years. 

All Charals products are guaranteed to be authentic from the manufacturer with guaranteed official parts, and are warranted by the manufacturer.

Please be aware that similar products that are not sold by authorized retailers,  or have unauthorized repair, or have experienced previous wear and damage  void the manufacturer’s warranty. Any repairs personally done by the customer may also void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Special Orders

We always try our best to keep a good selection of merchandise for you to choose from at Charals, but if you would like a particular product that we don’t stock, from the Brands that we carry, we will be happy to Special Order the item for you, provided that the item is still currently available. For all Special Orders, please contact us directly.

Note: Special orders require a deposit, and have a 20% restocking charge if you change your mind after we place the order with the manufacturer.

Charals is constantly improving customer security and privacy. We never keep  credit card numbers, and will only contact you when necessary.
