Domestic Shipping and Handling Cost
We offer Free UPS ground shipping or Canada Post ground on qualified domestic purchases over $99 (before taxes). Please note, free shipping can take between 5-14 business days, depending on your location. Unfortunately due to high shipping costs to orders from Canadian Territories (Northern, Yukon and Nunavut), we cannot offer free shipping to these areas.
Next day, and two day expedited shipping options are available for additional charges. Shipping and handling costs are calculated using automated shipping software, and will vary depending on the location, size and dimensional weight of package. Your order will be shipped via standard ground shipping unless you select an alternative at checkout.
All orders placed will be subject to a 48 hour processing time to allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Canada Post and UPS do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Average ground transit time is 5-10 business days (does not include processing time). Additional shipping fees may apply. Please allow extra time for deliveries to non-major centres and remote locations. Charals is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions and parcel volume as we have no control over and are not responsible for weather-related damages occurred during order transit after shipping.
Please note that you may request small flat and light weight refill only orders, to be shipped via Canada Post regular envelope without tracking information. Should you choose this method, Charals is not responsible if the parcel is lost in transit. Please contact us directly for this method of shipping
Charals does not offer Free shipping, or paid Regular or Standard shipments any ink cartridges or ink bottles orders when the weather becomes colder, due to these products freezing or bursting. Should you still wish to order these items during the cold weather, we will only ship via Express, which you will be required to pay. Although we package your items as best as we can, but as we have not control once the package leaves our premises, Charals will not responsible for any weather related damage to your items.
After your order has been processed, you will be sent a Shipping Confirmation email that will offer the ability to track your shipment.
Charals will not ship to 3rd party receiving institutions including but not limited to; UPS Stores, Mailboxes Etc, Hotels, Freight Forwarding companies, etc.
Due to licensing agreements, not all brands are available to be shipped out of Canada. For items allowed, please call us. The shipping costs will be determined by product dimensional weight and our current UPS shipping rate will be applied to your order upon checkout. Upon completion of your order, we will ship. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the Buyer is responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to your purchase.
After your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped and tracking information will be provided. You may also view your order online by logging into your Account and selecting “My Orders.”
